DEPOSIT TERMS

Please be aware that I cannot give any special consideration, unless a deposit has been received.

The first deposit received will have first consideration on the dog

If a deposit is sent by mail, it must be in the form of either a money order or a check certified by either the post office or your bank.

SORRY, BUT I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS

I require a deposit of $300 (Canadian) of the purchase price in order to hold the dog.
The balance must be paid once the puppy is old enough to go to its new home, at 3 months of age.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the purchaser chooses not to pay the balance, then the puppy will be placed back on the 'Available' listing for the next person in line.

In the event that the puppy is not healthy, a vet statement must be provided at the time of return. A replacement puppy of equal value and quality will be provided to you (once one becomes available)

ALL SHIPPING/TRANSPORTATION COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.

Please be aware that under certain conditions, I may reserve the right to refuse sale of any dog, if I feel it is in the dog's best interests.

THE BEST WAY TO ARRANGE YOUR PURCHASE IS TO CONTACT ME BY EMAIL BEFORE SENDING ANY MONEY. THIS WILL ENSURE THAT TOGETHER WE CAN FULFILL BOTH YOURS AND THE DOG'S NEEDS.
